Occasionally, when I see things posted about on my feeds/reading/friends lists and check them out, I feel up to responding. Even if the OP doesn't 'get it', maybe some lurker will, y'know?

Anyway, over at Questioning Transphobia, they called Pam's House Blend out on just generally behaving badly and derailing (because, Ohnoes, a gay white male felt offended at being referred to as cis-sexual/cis-gendered). And recently, Kim pearson, a board of director for TYFA and self described ally showed up to other us transfolk, tell us to shut up, and assert their righteousness by claiming to be colourblind/genderblind/sexualityblind/etcetc-blind and accuses Bug of having trans-privledge (WTF is that?) >:( Now, yeah, I made a similar arse of myself in the past, but I didn't do it to a group of peopel servfed by an organisation I was on the board for!

Anyway, I've glanced at PHB in the past but not interacted. This time, checkign it out, I made a comment here and there, and got a bit sucked into things (I'm Alang over there.

Only, suddenly, I'm unable to post (even though Bug, on the same IP can), and I've been labelled as a "duplicitous troll who has been banned (at least) twice", even though, I've never been banned before (ETA ok, bug says that doesn't line up with my post that they are talking re someone else, but it does line up on my screen... regardless, I can't post there anymore, and that required someone's decision to silence me). I can only assume that they have me confused with this person, who they effectively Outed without any consideration to the fact that they might put someone's life in danger (I wouldn't link for this reason except that the person said the linkage wasn't harmful to them over on the Q'ingTransphobia blog and their LJ, and I lock my posts after a few months). Apparently, all transpeople who speak up for the trans community are really one big trolling sockpuppet >:(
